Man United star's 'spread like a virus' after Matheus Cunha decision

 Bryan Mbeumo has been praised by Manchester United players past and present as he enjoys his debut season at Old Trafford

Manchester United have been told why Bryan Mbeumo’s impact at the club has also helped his teammates. United signed Mbeumo last summer from Brentford in a deal worth up £65million with the potential of a further £6million in add-ons.

Since arriving at United, Mbeumo has scored 10 goals across all competitions, including nine in the Premier League.

That form has helped United climb up to fourth place in the Premier League table, with the quest for Champions League qualification the main goal for the Reds between now and the end of the season.

Mbeumo has scored some vital goals for United in recent weeks since Michael Carrick was appointed as the club’s interim head coach, with strikes in the wins against Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
